Check what the app says
Start with the message shown when you apply the code. An expired-code notice, an already-used message and a login problem are different issues. Keep the exact message handy so you can choose the next step.
Copy the whole code
Open our current promo code card and tap Copy code. Paste it without adding spaces before or after it. Check that no letters or numbers were left out. If you are using a code from an older screenshot, compare it with the current entry on the website.
Check the announcement date
A code article can remain available after the offer ends. Open the article's original Telegram post and read the date or deadline attached to that announcement. A reminder about yesterday's offer is not a new code for today. You can find new posts in latest updates.
Check the offer for your account
The promotion may depend on conditions shown inside Yono VIP. A code listed on a website does not establish that every account can use it. If the app says a code has already been used or is not available to your account, use the explanation displayed there.
Cannot sign in?
Use Yono VIP login help first. If you can sign in but still need a code issue checked, follow customer care help. Include the code, announcement date and the exact error message in your support request.
